In criminal law, he mainly represents foreign nationals. In the event of criminal prosecution, defendants with a migration background or foreign descent in particular should seek legal advice immediately, as a conviction often has significant consequences in terms of immigration law. Violations of the Residence Act or Asylum Procedure Act are usually punishable; examples include illegal entry, illegal residence, violations of the spatial restrictions of toleration and illegal taking up of employment. Special knowledge of immigration law is essential for the defense of foreign nationals, particularly given that the state prosecution authorities and judges do not have the necessary specialist knowledge in the majority of cases.
One focus is the representation of persecuted persons in so-called extradition proceedings or in extradition detention cases.

Traffic fines and traffic accident law
I represent you in administrative and judicial fine proceedings, especially in cases of speeding and failing to keep a safe distance, running a red light and the associated entries in the central traffic register. Are you facing a driving ban? Did you know that under certain circumstances a driving ban can be waived?
If you have received a fine/hearing notice and would like to take action against it, please contact me. Please note that if you receive a fine notice, there is a two-week period in which to lodge an appeal from the time it arrives in your mailbox. This is an exclusion period.
